Approached to add more colour and interest to a neglected town garden dominated by large overgrown shrubs, Tim removed all the shrubs, re-shaped the two main borders, adding more depth and edging them with brick to correspond with the raised brick patio at the near-end of the garden. He re-planted the borders with flowering perennials, moving from bright sunny palettes to more shady woodland plants, with an edging of English lavender.
A raised oak sleeper bed was also installed for some vegetable-growing space for their young daughter.
“Tim was really great. He listened to us, had good ideas and drew up an imaginative design we loved that fitted our budget. We have no hesitation in recommending him”
